The Role

As a Senior Java Developer with us, you will work on assignments for clients where technology, quality, and scalability are in focus. You will become a vital part of our consultant team, contributing both technically and culturally.

You will:

• Develop modern services and solutions in Java.

• Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and developers in agile teams.

• Write testable and sustainable code according to SOLID principles.

• Deliver continuously via CI/CD pipelines.

• Provide technical expertise and mentorship.

• Work with cloud technologies such as AWS.

A Typical Week

• Brainstorming features and solutions with the team.

• Implementing new functionality in Java and Spring Boot.

• Discussing and deciding on architecture.

• Reviewing code to ensure high quality.

• Delivering to the cloud and following up on production.

• Exploring new technology and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications

You have experience in:

• Java 11–25

• Spring / Spring Boot

• REST APIs (building and consuming)

• JUnit 4/5 & Mock frameworks (Mockito/EasyMock)

• Maven & Git

• Docker or similar container technology

• JPA / Hibernate

• Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)

• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)

• Message queues (JMS, Kafka, AWS SQS)

• OpenAPI

• Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Bonus points if you also know:

• Liquibase

• NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)

• Python or other languages

• Monitoring (e.g., Prometheus)

• Test automation (security, integration, load)

• Automation frameworks (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, CloudFormation)
